Britain
France
Austria Hungary
Toast
As great powers, they have been, since WWII, now are, and likely will always be, toast, baby, going forward...
Spain, old toast.
Germany, Japan, Italy, new, al dente toast.
They are not coming back, even Germany, Japan, or Italy.
