The Rhodes Trust and Milner Group are treated as failed jokes really.
It seems he may be merely an insider trying to conceal the significance of and his connections to groups which still seem very much alive. How else to account for his cavalier and superficial account?
After all, take a look at his alma mater....
His book on Kissinger won the CFR 2016 Ross book award....
