Property rights wacko. I know them well.
Who bank rolls them?
Take a guess:
Big (Thurston called it ' big property rights ') corporations, not tiny residential property owners facing public projects.
Guess what: Big property rights (better known as creditors' rights, banks, etc.) have been the biggest enemy of small property rights (those envisioned in the Constitution).
Big property rights got us the mortgage backed securities meltdown. How?
Because the big banks, the big property rights, created the mortgage backed securities market in the first place.
It was facilitated, of course, by Fannie and Freddie, but instigated by them.
