I just don't know where to begin, with a good cartoon, re offshoring these container loads of worthies to needier climes, trying to achieve equilibrium of expertise globally in the process.
Ms Merkel recently advised Germans to share the wealth by self offshoring by all Germans whose services may be dearer elsewhere, or at least called for there...she is doubtless onto a similar idea.
