The menu

This was mild, but doctored up, free range pork pattie sausage night.  I couldn't just leave it as mild American pork sausage, could I?


So I threw some cumin, fennel, oregano, garlic, and onion into the pan with it.


Home made Italian tomato sauce, over spaghetti, aged grated Romano, rounded out the affair.


Field greens vinaigrette. 


Green Truck California Rhone red.


Breyers vanilla with ripe banana crushed in.
