THE MENU TOMATO SAUCE BOLOGNESE IMPROV YOU PICK YOUR NOODLES EVEN LASAGNA

Say you have homemade chicken liver pate. (!) 

You have a few Anchovy fillets in olive oil in a small jar sitting around.

Capers.

You add them to tomato sauce, mince the anchovies, season to taste.

I would use grated Romano on this.
