THIS IS ALL A WIN WIN FOR CHINA AND RUSSIA UNLESS THE US GOES NUCLEAR ON THEIR ASSES

That, it seems to me, is the only big risk for them, going forward, because the US has always been relatively unreliable and unpredictable. 

That is not really a remark specifically about Donald Trump, but rather about the helter skelter structure and changeableness of American decisionmaking, both legislative and executive, in general, at the highest levels.
