New York, New Jersey and Connecticut have asked people travelling from states where Covid-19 cases are rising to go into self-isolation for 14 days.
"The president of the United States is not a civilian. Anyone who is in close proximity to him, including staff, guests, and press, are tested for Covid-19 and confirmed to be negative," he said.
If Trump tries to go there and have himself and his staff flaunt the self quarantine, the states' law enforcements should take him and his staff, guests, and especially the press traveling with him, into protective custody.
If they refuse, order denial of medical treatment in state funded medical facilities.
