There is no real generationality or cyclicality about the evolution and transformation of populations, institutions, or their structures, based on mutations and population events, of all kinds, in recorded history or prehistory.
Events and circumstances in history have been seen as having generational causes. Those have been isolated, and limited to their circumstances, rather than fully cyclical.
People have said things like history repeats itself, or that those who ignore history are doomed to repeat it.
Statements like this are highly misleading at best, and perhaps better to think of them as nonsense.
History never ever repeats itself if you look closely.
History never ever repeats itself if you look closely.
