When you can skip merrily move forward in time to the ongoing white oligarchies of Woodrow Wilson and FDR?

JFK had in place a white oligarchy. Anti Jewish too. Anti Mafia, which proved fatal for that rat.
Nixon, ditto.
Ironically, Lyndon Johnson helped negroes out a lot.
And so on, down to Hillary Clinton, and her predecessors, who had done next to or less than nothing for negroes almost the whole time. Johnson, an isolated case, has been the best president for negroes of all time.
If that is not a white oligarchy, I don't know what is.
