While one can see his point, it seems, from what I have read, that England and Russia were more generally, and for longer, considered that instead. There is so much to disagree wiuith in Kissinger's account, why bother. The annexation of AL did not determine France on revenge, defeat did. Etc. Very shallow piece indeed.
