Sometimes, rich individuals can be teamed up on by a smart expert and his smart team.
That expert of course needs help, for the very good reason that he is only an expert in one area. That is what, after all, expert means.
He needs a teammate or three to cover his back.
Let's say that the rich dupe hires an investment advisor or firm.
Guess what? That advisor needs help. He has a friend who is a tax accountant.
The adviser also needs help with legal matters. He has a friend who is an estate and trust lawyer, maybe even a probate lawyer, and he also needs a tax lawyer, or two, as these are separate specialties now.
They may even have to call in actuaries, for things like life insurance policies, used for various reasons, annuities, trusts, etc.
Guess what? They sometimes need the specialized help of insurance professionals.
All these experts have to talk to each other...a lot.
Guess what? Experts of this kind usually charge by the minute.
