THE MENU TRIFLE OR IS IT FOOL?
I like to do thin room temperature custard, with thumbs or whatever sweetbread you have (not graham crackers); say, strawberry preserves, in moderation; and some cool whipped cream on top, with a swirl of dark chocolate brandy sauce.
Do it now, before the new dark ages hits.
