Communism and Western liberal democracy are both failed ideologies.
Lead Eastern Europe back to the European, and Russian, Order that existed before 1917, of which only vestiges remain.
Make peace with existing, old, aristocratic, even territorial, families, even with surviving Romanovs.
Find a way to share power with what is still left of that old Russian aristocracy.
The Orthodox Church is not so bad, compared to the alternatives.
