THE MENU PORK CHICKEN IMPROV

I sometimes combine leftovers. I will add roast chicken to roast pork leftovers.

It serves as a base for various things, curry, Mexican, Eastern European goulash, Spanish, Italian, Creole, etc.

You can do a similar thing with beef and chicken leftovers.

I will sometimes do a chicken and seafood leftover mixture. Then you get a sort of Paella dish possibility...
