Same point as above re Silicon Valley; NYT a great promoter of sending all needful manufacturing (including IT) offshore, as soon as the need arises, in the LIEO, liberal global economy. Krugman, and co, give it their imprimatur, LIKE FIGHTING THE TIDES.
