Re China and lamb: I have read answers on both sides...
Some say no. Some say, in certain regions, yes.
For example, there are Chinese Muslims who eat it, here and there, apparently.
Supposedly, lamb is sold all over China, but only on the streets. Question, do you think it is lamb? If not, what?
