I say globalize em:

Make em all vote. 

No discrimination based on religion, diet, etc., either.

Make the Hindus eat beef,  the Confucians eat lamb, the Muslims and Jews eat pork.

That's their human rights, globalized.

Human rights hawks can help with this.
