It will also be helpful to this hypothesis if it has good, useful, conservative overtones for religious purposes.
In this sense, it will be better for a conservative hypothesis, any hypothesis really, if it has something causally to do with an ostensibly divine purpose or activity as well as human error and misbehavior, rather than with merely human activities, as is the case with global warming at present.
