CALL THIS A PORT IMPROV
Say you somehow have leftover brandy, cognac, even maybe whiskey,.
It has lost some of its alcohol through neglect.
What do you do?
You throw it out!
Here is another idea:
You mix it with some possibly also leftover red wine, a teaspoon or so of cane sugar, depending on quantity, and you have Ruby Port, at no additional cost.
Sweeten to taste.
For larger leftover quantity, throw in Orange pieces, Sangria!
