THE MENU

Tartar sauce. 
Made this the other day. 
I use home made mayo. Dill pickle, capers, dash Lea & Perrins, garlic, hint dijon mustard, dash lemon juice, or more. 
You can jazz this up with a small pinch of curry powder, minced onion. 
You can also do minced sweet dill pickle, a sort of Southern touch.

If you add a teaspoon of ketchup, or tomato sauce even, to two of this or so, you get thousand island dressing.

This is what you put on a Reuben sandwich or its variations.
I would put it on pastrami myself. 

Mix it half and half with spicy brown mustard to dip polish sausages, knockwurst, or kielbasa, or even brats in.
