THE MENU

Back when I lived in London, they did not have wet markets.
There were stalls for meat and poultry, Berwick Street a good example, and the poulterer would gut a chicken of your choice, but it was not a wet market where animals were slaughtered in the market itself, unless there were such markets I did not visit.
