Coronavirus: When will the outbreak end and life get back to normal?
Why do I say that? Let's assume unintentional mutation and spread of the virus.
China already has much of world production in place. It's not going anywhere. It will not be offshored anywhere. Don't kid yourself.
Other countries and regions trying to keep pace, or more often just not drown in China production, will either drown or will fall further behind, with the roll out of the virus in the next year or so.
China intends to try to control the vaccine, as Michael Pillsbury has argued already.
They want to develop and control the vaccine, the distribution, and the money, they want more virology technology from the West, not less,
BUT
don't want it to be termed The Chinese Virus.
They would be fine if you call it The Chinese Vaccine, when it rolls out.
