THE MENU IMPROV

Tonight, a new pinnacle.
We combine leftover chicken and pork curry with bouillabaisse.
Serve over white basmati rice. I even threw in the aioli slathered piece of french bread.....

This improv leftover dish has many points of contact with the famous Spanish baked rice dish, paella, in that it mixes seafood, poultry, meat, and rice.
