Empathy is similar both to morality and to kindness.
If there are these synonyms, perhaps there are some more, and doubtless, the number of candidates would expand progressively over time, short or long....
I suggest that a synonym for these, a candidate to add to this now rather short list, would "niceness".
For millenials, the term "coolness" would doubtless be an irresistible lure.
