Failure to educate goes back much farther than merely three decades. Whose fault is it? The media. They claim a mandate!
The political establishment? They favored foreign labor whenever expeditious for other agendas.
The source of the labor that has fed our so called economic growth has not, in the 20th Century, been based at all on illegal immigrants.
It has been based overrwhelmingly on foreign Asian labor. And on labor in Europe and Canada, which was not cheap.
