Say you have got some leftover Indian food, not much, a few baguette pieces, or small French dinner rolls, a little rice, or not, arborio or whatever, a piece of bacon, a sprig of cilantro maybe wilting, leftover sweet onion.
What do you do?
You make this into diced and minced stuffing, for a roast chicken.
You can still roast potatoes, mushrooms, peppers, etc, in the pan, but you also can roast this stuffing, inside the chicken.
