The grotesque allocation of risk is to put a prepondernce of white solders over black into conflicts in the tropics.
I take it that Vietnam was actually an example within living memory.
Why would anyone think this is a good idea, say, in the tropics, where a long history, hundreds of years, showed that negroes survived where whites did not.
Trust me, if you are fighting anyone in Africa, Russians, Chinese, Indians, Muslims, whoever, you use negro soldiers or mercenaries, not whites.
The same goes for West Africa (South and Central America), Sri Lanka, South Asia, etc.
Trust me, I don't care what you think different from this.
