The Republicans now want neither to employ, nor to pay for the maintenance unemployed, of the negroes whom their Political forefathers so blithely had freed.
The Democrats pay only lip service to their continued maintenance, and are also addicted to foreign cheap labor which has long rendered black people generally socially and economically either marginal or obsolete here.
Under those conditions, with no real political or police power protection, street level black people have chronically been easy pickings for corrupt politically powerful Northern white mob drug dealers, since before WWII.
