This is just one idea you never considered:
Use anchovy olive oil, from the empty jar, as a flavoring in Caesar salad.
PS: You could even use this oil, as a browning oil (combined) for crouton toast, browned in a skillet. Then break up the toast, and use it in Caesar salad.
No one, I am certain, has ever mentioned something like that.
An yet, it is so intuitive regarding what home cookery has always been.
