RE WHITES NOW FAST BECOMING A MINORITY TO PEOPLE OF COLOR

It seems fair to reimpose Radical Republican Reconstruction conditions on racist whites throughout the US, since racism is now systemic, not just a Southern disease.

That would serve whites right, especially descendants of Civil War era Northerner whites.
