WHOSE JOB IS IT TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC POLITICAL STRUCTURAL PROBLEM DREW PEARSON FALLACY

Terms search: Lorch, the credential society

Professor Kaiser blames the academic world.....at least in part. Its fragmentation, and suggestibility, and self interests, etc.

There may be elements of truth in that, but it was never the vehicle of so called enlightenment for the working classes, or even the typical bourgeoisie, most of whom never saw the inside of a university or college until the late 19th century, and by the mid 20th had become so specialized that the big picture was usually mostly unavailable to them as part of their curriculum, even if it could have been comprehended widely and conveyed generally.

It was not considered, by the media, the job of the media either, as my references in Lorch demonstrate.

Political structural problems, they have no end here.
