The ABA recently published a handbook of Eminent Domain, Eminent Domain Fundamentals, for which I co wrote a short chapter on Severance Damages and Access.
My part was heavily edited from my draft version, and 'consequential damages', my favorite topic, given to other capable authors, but such is national, edited, co authorship.
Needless to say, it is a very specialized topic, actually a narrower still group of sub sub topics, for very narrow legal needs, here and there, across the nation.
Especially useful, for a generalist, however, for debunking rampant misconceptions, re property rights and governmental power US history of property rights, is Dalton's 'Introduction',
and especially the articles he refers to especially those by Treanor, Hart, and Stoebuck.
