The very notion of foreign affairs seems up for grabs and quite passe.
As Kindleberger pointed out, the nation state is on its last legs, including ours.
What follows is merely some vague congeries of global affairs.
Why shouldn't anyone, not just state actors, who wants to pile onto either side of our presidential elections, or onto one side or the other, or some other third or fourth side, on any side, in, say, the "...Thirty Years War between Shi'ite and Sunni...(DK)", or into any controversy or matter whatever, anywhere, anytime, on the globe?
Why not?
