WHAT IF A CHIMP KILLS ANOTHER CHIMP NOT BY ACCIDENT

No matter the reason, if any could ever be determined. Say the killed chimp grabbed a juicy grub.

 

The killing chimp should be killed.  That's its human rights and human responsibility.

 

I guess it could be put permanently in a cage... get a lawyer like Wise to sue for habeas corpus. etc. Chimps could turn into a lawyer relief act!

 

No point in talking about chimp deterrence here, I suppose.

 

Retribution for the dead chimp, ok. Debt to society. Five years at hard chimp labor.
