the menu French toast Romano for Gigi

I think of Italian dishes as ' for Gigi ':

This is ' French Toast Romano ',

rather like eggplant parmesan........

sprinkle grated pecorino Romano onto bacon fat fried french toast.

Muir Glen garlic roasted garlic sauce to cover.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

He could train his analytic eye onto the currency angle, which, to my knowledge, he has not looked at much, in print at least.
