He does a well informed rant:
"I believe putin's proactive approach in ukraine plus syria and the alliance with china plus next phase of econ crisisand electoral phase in west is regeneration phase in generational cycle. USA loses hegemony via USD as trade and reserve currency and has to live within its means and borders. Putin, with shia, china, ex soviet states, india, south american countries who are all paranoid of long standing eurocolonialiasm and american neoimperialism will work loosely together to defeat nato/cia/ngo strategy of global control of trade, finance, media. We see chinese CHP coming into place to replace SWIFT, Russian weapons and strategy more effective than USA. Most important is the respect for other countries and long term chess like strategy of Putin which is missing in US, western capitals . We live from case to case, moment to moment. If you were to come clean on ukraine, you would dissect the first orange revolution and the maidan as a set up from NED/soros/PNAC to put nato on russian borders. However people only allow themselves to accept in their brains what does not disturb its working. Russia is evil, period, so it must be responsible for all that happened in ukraine. There are enough books on the subject uncovering the neonazi galician plot to genocide russian ethnics, led, unfortunately, by mainly jewish politicians and oligarchic warlords like yats, kolomoiski and our mrs. Nudelmann with her PNAC husband. Blame Putin all you like. He accepts Islam in Russia az long as it is conservative, not radical, accepts judaism, loves german culture, is a very religious person. The USA govt. is driven by madmen with agendas to destabilize and conquer eurasia, to weaken every possible regional power like china, EU, Iran, Russia. This is the opposite of the stated postwar aim of global stability and growth. Russia, China, India, Latins want to follow this policy but to acheive this must destroy USD and military dominance,. The next ten years will decide."
"The USA govt. is driven by madmen with agendas to destabilize and conquer eurasia, to weaken every possible regional power like china, EU, Iran, Russia." EB
What he says just above, sadly, hardly a new thing....take a look at our constitution. It abhors nation states, monarchies, imperial powers, colonial power, and regional power. The only kind of society it envisions, politically, is that of yoeman farmers, small merchants, tradesmen, and the learned professions and clergy. It did not like the plantation system or slavery, but started out stuck with them, from Virginia on down. It did not like the idea of cities, even though that is where most of the colonial political power had come to lie, but was stuck with them too.

HUNTINGTON CH 12 SOUTH CHINA SEA
He had some really good ideas, as well as considerable anticipation, way back in 1996.
One of them was what he called abstention, I will call it civilizational abstention, which is really what he meant.
For a variety of reasons, this is not a concept, as he pointed out, which the US is able or willing to do.
Why is that? Take some guesses. I'll give you a hint: start with our Constitution.

RE SUBSTANCE VERSUS PROCEDURE IN DISTINGUISHING JURISDICTION LEGISLATURE VERSUS JUDICIARY
RE DAUBERT VERSUS FRYE IN FLORIDA:
It seems that my criticisms of these distinctions, in an unpublished article from many years ago, printed elsewhere here, have now been brought to a head.

OF COURSE HUNTINGTON KENNAN CHINA
Huntington was not above falsifying recent history himself.
Just one glaring example, ch 12 again, his discussion of civilizational conflict re China. The Clash, pb p 312 313.
'The emergence of China as the dominant power....contrary to American interests as they have been historically construed' Huntington
Nothing could be further from the truth.
He knew perfectly well this was false, much better than someone like myself.
I go with Kennan:
Kennan (1960s re 1900 ish, and later, until Mao):
"Out of all these ingredients there was brewed the curious view of China that seems to have animated American statesmanship during the war; the picture of a helpless, deserving nation, for whose virtues we alone, among the great powers, had understanding, whose interests we had to sponsor in the face of Japanese enmity and British callousness, and whose grateful support in the postwar period we could take for granted as a mainstay of the world position we hoped to occupy. China was, in fact, and on this we insisted with a most extraordinary vehemence, to be one of the future great powers--- one of what F.D.R. called the 'four world policemen'"
"In this highly subjective picture of the Chinese, there was no room for a whole series of historical and psychological realities. There was no room for the physical ruthlessness that had characterized Chinese political life generally in recent decades; for the formidable psychological and political powers of the Chinese people themselves; for the strong streak of xenophobia in their nature; for the lessons of the Boxer Rebellion; for the extraordinary exploitative talent shown by Chinese factions, at all times, in turning outside aid to domestic political advantage."
"It was this idealized view of the Chinese, rather than any illusions about the relationship between the National Government and the Chinese Communists, which was most damaging to our Far Eastern policy. We did, to be sure, underrate the depth of the antagonism between these two elements. Our memories of what had transpired in 1927 were certainly shorter (if they existed at all) than were those of Mao and Chiang and Stalin. There also seems to me to have been a certain naivete, but nothing worse, in our efforts to bring about a political compromise between these two factions, and to induce Stalin to join us in this effort....". Russia and The West Under Lenin And Stalin, p 374.
CENTRAL PRIVATE BANKS PREFER WEAK GOVERNMENTS WHICH DO NOT GO TO WAR
and do not have revolutions.......

RE MULTICULTURALISM ETC
Perhaps some of you will ask, why question multiculturalism? There are reasons.
I write this mainly for myself, not for you. So, I mainly say things that I feel required, for myself, to say, having read certain things, and thought about some things, here and there.
It is really a personal journal, so to speak.

RE MULTICULTURALISM END OF WESTERN CIVILIZATION
Multiculturalism is everywhere here.
One might say that the principle was written into our constitution.
The stake in the heart, so to speak, of Western Civilization.

FINISHING UP V1 THE HOUSE OF ROTHSCHILD
Great book.
Re who owns BOE, here is an interesting discussion.
Of course it, BOE was ostensibly nationalized in 1946.
Is that the end of the story?

This youtube guy is wacko, re Zionism and his anti semitism, but interesting discussion of ownership of the BOE, those issues aside.

SEE DK CURRENT POST IN TIME
Great article.
Two things I think might be mentioned, among others I am not well enough versed to address really at all.
A token Jewish homeland had been a small concession, mainly by the British, to try to keep the Russians in the war, in 1917. DK mentions the mandate, in 1919.
DK also mentions US Japan negotiations breaking down during WWII.
What most Americans do not know, it seems to me, is not only was Stalin justifiably concerned about a second front in Asia against Japan, but also that he was perfectly willing to enter into an agreement, the 1941 Pact with Japan, to, in effect, give Japan a free hand to the south in Asia against the Allies, but especially against the US, which although it had not yet entered the war as an ally, nevertheless was Japan's principle threat to expansion and domination in the Pacific. This Pact paved the way for Pearl Harbor and the Japanese destruction of the Pacific Fleet.
There is no doubt that Stalin knew this at the time. Just as he was trying to send Hitler against the West, he then succeeded in sending Japan against them, and us.

CHINESE IMMIGRATION
Huge problem for Russia.
Most liberal Americans say, let everyone in who wants in.. anywhere they happen to want in.
Globalist, ultra conservative, civil libertarians ought, at least in principle, to have the same view, don't let any government, anywhere, push an individual around.
Laissez faire.

RE NYT PUTIN ISOLATED
He is not isolated, it seems, by China, apparently.
Why, do you think?
Take a guess.
If he is isolated, is he not a threat to global growth?
Another interesting point, why is China not also 'isolated',
so to speak,
rather than merely a 'threat' to global growth?
What is the difference, if any, between being isolated from, versus being a threat to, global growth?
Great question.

RE RUSSIA GEOPOLITICS CIVILIZATIONS
There may be those for whom my isolated remarks here have created an erroneous impression, and implied hostility to Russia.
I believe that Russia, and all Russians, would have been better served by a return to a dynastic monarchy, and gradual steps toward constitutional monarchy, than what occurred in 1917 and after.
Furthermore, I believe that Russia was too big, even then, to be well served by one overarching autocratic Imperial system.
It was a threat both to its own civilizational brethren, and to other smaller states in neighboring civilizations, even as it still is today.
That is why I suggested that it should have been partitioned back in 1917 1918. Get the Bolsheviki out, return to monarchy, move toward constitutionalism, etc.
It was not a suggestion merely trying to be mean to Russians, but rather to look to solve problems caused by so large and overhanging an expanse, both within, and adjacent to, the Orthodox world.
