Lets extrapolate some of Professor Kaiser's remarks, about this being the most important election since 1860, and assuming he has a point, for a moment, ask ourselves what Trump's program might mean, and who Trump thinks he is.
Who are the people Trump is trying to emancipate?
All Americans.
From whom is he trying to emancipate them?
From everyone who is oppressing them.
'Make America great again', sounds a little like he wants to lead them, these sons of liberty, sons of Abraham of Isaac and of Jacob, out of the land of Nod, out of a new bondage in Globalegypt, and into a new promised land, a land flowing with milk and honey, a land of winners not losers, of masters not slaves.
