How bout this, Dr Globalization:
Send several million West African immigrants to Palestine, especially to Israel, which I am sure should be required by, say, Ms Power, to welcome them with open arms.
Never mind that Palestine has already shunned millions of Syrian refugees. This is good global citizenship medicine for them all.
