THE MENU OUT OF THE BOX II

You can dredge scallopine, thin steaks, cutlets, even chicken, in a mixture of, say, anchovy packing olive oil, or even canned tuna packing olive oil,  egg yolk milk, then dredge in flour, and fry with onions in olive oil and butter.

If you are an Anglo, and asked why you make this, you can lie and say your nonno was Italian.
