Guess what else you could do with, say, anchovy, smoked oyster, or salmon unused olive oil from the jar or tin?

Dump it into the rice for Paella!

Toss it into the Bouillabaisse!

You can actually make aioli, remoulade, bernaise, or whatever, say, mayonnaise, with it!
