THE MENU IMPROV THANKSGIVING PIZZA

WHY ROAST A BIG OLE BLAND TURKEY?

Why make pizza dough?

Why buy frozen "pizza dough"?

I use health food store light lavash off the shelf, or even sourdough millet flax pita bread, as a base. Oil the underside.

Why buy prepared pizza sauce?

Splash on some olive oil, tomato puree, ground peeled tomatoes, or what have you, top with whatever first comes to hand, salami, pate, leftover pork, turkey, cheese, onions, garlic, a little oil from cans or bottles just mentioned the other day.

Bake in a hot oven for 9 minutes.

Spend Thanksgiving concentrating on side dishes and dessert.
