Only a very naive, ignorant, or very reckless, entity would have agreed to compensate businesses around here without regard to causation.
I received a solicitation from a couple of law firms, incredible, in their willingness to explain to prospective referrors how the issue of causation is apparently irrelevant, and only a colorable documentary showing of a business loss during a relevant calendar period will suffice for recovery.
Few things are easier, here, than to find experts, specialists really, to aggressively prepare the appropriate business record loss documents.
