why were we giving hand outs to N Korea in the first place?
Whenever they threatened so called vital interests......
When was that?
Whenever they really needed a hand out...really.
This is the game the American presidency has played for many decades now, Republican and Democrat,
laissez faire appeasement, on the one hand,
and foreign aid hand outs on the other to docile obedient client states,
regardless of politics, really.
