THE MENU MARINATED ROAST PORK BUTT

I am doing this 'sauerbraten style'. Roast root vegetables in the same pan.
 
Then swirl sour cream into some of the heated reserved marinade, with pakrika, for a sort of Hungarian style cream sauce. You could add a touch of horseradish. Sauerkraut and pickles on the side. Riesling.
