Really have read only a little so far.
Just one observation, regarding his references to the Establishment, he does have a few scattered references to The Council on Foreign Relations. Those are worth glancing at some time.
No doubt there are people who don't believe me, about there being a sort of conspiracy, more or less, going back to Rhodes, and rolling forward to the present time, really.
Thomas Friedman's article today, re Trump and Blair, is classic CFR post Milner pap.
