The processes at work, now, everywhere, will undercut any middle classes that seem to be emerging in developmental and developing states.
That is already the handwriting on the wall.
This too will occur faster than anyone can imagine.
It will be the one tenth of one percent, here and elsewhere in the developed world,
smaller, in backward states,
and 'the rest',
at least for a moment in historical time.
