The Vietnam War, and Ridenour's work there, are emblematic of our society, the most free and most open, ever, and the most willing to coddle and kowtow to the media, which systematically, systematically, fail to deliver the announced and touted virtues, regardless of Ridenour or Soros or whoever, on its promise.
The more liberal you are, the more likely you will have situations like My Lai, not the reverse.
Vietnam was a failure of liberalism, not of conservatism.
They are not an aberration to be ferreted out by a virtuous media, and rewarded. The media here is part of the problem here, not part of the solution.
Otherwise, we give people like Assange or Snowden a Congressional Medal of Honor.
