RE MONA CHALABI RETHINKING HOW WE TEACH ECONOMICS NYT

Sets the stage for some of my comments here re disciplinary multi disciplinary and interdisciplinary studies,

and the problems of advanced Western intellectual, cultural, industrial, and commercial education.

Criticizing, as she does, IR mainly for its lack of moorings in the august discipline of economics, without more, still leaves the story of
' crisis management ', (a question begged here, really, and  scale and perspective problem, in the first place) largely undisclosed.

See also other topics on this blog, eg topics RELATING to what I would call unrestrained academic compartmentalism, compartmentalization.
