This is a work in progress. To dip Greek lamb meat balls, what do you use? Hint: they are already heavily seasoned.

The Greeks themselves would use yogurt instead of sour cream.
So what.
Proportions on line tend toward more sour cream or yogurt.
I would do, say, fifty fifty.
Of course this is home made mayonnaise, not the store bought they all refer to.
